Your Skin Cannot Absorb Collagen. Here's What Actually Works.

This is one of the most important things to understand about collagen, and one of the least explained.
Walk into any pharmacy or beauty retailer and you'll find shelves of collagen creams, serums, and masks, all implying they're delivering collagen into your skin. The biology says otherwise.
