At AKYA Wellness, we strive to ensure that your wellness essentials reach you safely and on time.
We offer free shipping for all orders above ₹1499. Orders below this value may attract a nominal delivery fee of ₹100.
All orders are shipped through reliable and verified courier partners across India. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we typically dispatch all orders within 2 business days of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 4-7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delays caused by courier disruptions, natural calamities, or factors beyond our control are rare but possible. In such cases, you will be notified via email.
Currently, AKYA Wellness does not ship internationally.
Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be required to confirm your order through a verification link or message before it is processed.
Each product is carefully inspected, packed, and sealed before dispatch to ensure quality and safety.
If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive a dispatch email and tracking details once your order has been shipped. You can use the tracking link to check the real-time delivery status.
Delivery
Our courier partners will make every effort to deliver your package at the earliest possible date.
If they are unable to locate your address or reach you at the scheduled time, they will attempt to contact you for clarification or redelivery.
In case of remote or inaccessible delivery locations, or any unforeseen force majeure event (such as extreme weather, strikes, or natural disasters), AKYA Wellness reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to a 10% deduction as transactional and payment gateway fees.
For cancellations after dispatch, please refuse the package upon delivery. Once our courier marks the shipment as “Return to Origin (RTO)”, your refund will be initiated within 4–7 business days.
Refunds will reflect in the original payment source. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
