1. Eligibility

Only individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may use or transact on this Website. Minors may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website if any misuse is detected.

3. Products and Usage

AKYA Wellness offers nutraceutical supplements designed for adults above 18 years of age. These are not a substitute for medical treatment or a balanced diet.
Consult your healthcare professional before using any product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Discontinue use immediately and consult a physician if you experience any adverse effects.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets, and also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for an additional service charge.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping for orders above ₹499. Orders below this amount may attract a nominal delivery fee.
We partner only with reliable courier companies to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
However, delays due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, customers will be informed via email.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to a 10% deduction as transactional and processing fees.
For cancellations post-dispatch, please refuse the package upon delivery. Once the courier marks the shipment as Return to Origin (RTO), your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

8. Returns and Refunds

We ensure every product passes through multiple levels of quality control and secure packaging. However, in rare cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, we offer replacement or refund.

  • Notify us at hello@akyawellness.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share photos/videos of the damaged product, packaging, shipping label, and invoice.
  • If the product is unavailable for replacement, we will initiate a full refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

    Please note:
  • Returns are not accepted for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refunds are not available for products purchased through third-party marketplaces.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, and materials on akyawellness.com are the intellectual property of JS Enterprises.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of this Website without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

JS Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Website or Products, including delays in delivery, data loss, or system malfunction.
All products are sold “as is” without any implied warranties beyond those required by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold JS Enterprises, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
