At AKYA Wellness, we take pride in the quality and safety of our nutraceutical formulations. Each product passes through multiple levels of inspection and packaging before dispatch.
However, if you experience any issue with your order, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a fair and seamless resolution.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product has expired or has visible quality concerns upon arrival.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Notify us at hello@akyawellness.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photo and/or video evidence of:
    The outer packaging
    The product container
    The shipping label with order details
    The invoice slip included in the box

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • The return request is initiated after 7 days of delivery.
  • The item was purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or clearance.
  • Damage was caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

3. Replacement Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange for pickup of the defective/damaged product (where applicable).
  • Upon verification, a replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • If the requested product is out of stock, you’ll receive a full refund instead.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated only after:

  • The returned product has been received and inspected by our team, or
  • The issue has been validated through required visual proof.

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI, as confirmed over email.

Please note: Bank processing timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.


5. Order Cancellations

For cancellations after dispatch, please refuse the delivery. Once the courier marks it as Return to Origin (RTO), your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or with any missing products:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@akyawellness.com.
  • Provide unboxing photos/videos and details of the issue.
  • Our team will review and process a resolution promptly.

7. Exchange Policy

Currently, AKYA Wellness does not support product exchanges unless the delivered item is defective or incorrect.


8. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or error on our part, the shipping cost for return pickup will be borne by AKYA Wellness.
In all other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
